Supplemental Staffing

All Midlands Health Services, Inc. is a locally owned and operated supplemental nursing staffing and Licensed Home Care company. All Midlands has been in business since 1979 providing the greater Omaha metro with quality supplemental nursing staff on a per diem, short-term or long-term basis. All Midlands staffs hospitals, skilled nursing, assisted living, psychiatric, special service and rehab facilities with nursing assistants, medication aides, licensed practical nurses, and registered nurses. We can also provide private duty aides, nurses or sitters.

Our goal is to provide qualified, competent and caring staff to supplement your nursing staff either on a per diem, short-term, or long-term basis. We strive to provide as much continuity of care as possible by assigning employees on a consistent basis as your needs dictate.

Long Term Care

We are very proud of our customer service and strive to respond to every need. We provide 24/7 direct contact with our staffing coordinators. We confirm all scheduled shifts before sending staff. We also recognize that your needs change quickly. We allow for a two hour cancellation notice for confirmed day shifts evening or night shifts. We also allow you the ability to offer permanent employment to our employees for a reasonable fee.

Acute Hospitals

All Midlands Health Services, Inc. has been providing supplemental nursing staff for acute hospital care since 1979. All Midlands Health Services can provide critical care, medical/surgical, acute care or specialty nurses on a short or long term per diem basis. All Midlands Health Services can also provide nursing assistants to help ease the strain on your professional staff. All Midlands Health Services can provide private duty nurses or sitters to address risk reduction in your facility.
